Bon Voyage Series

Alhamdulillah, finally I can make it! ^o^

Please welcome, my newest brooches series, Bon Voyage Series! Yeah, I’m very happy now, even my mom said that I looks busy with my own world. Same like Crazy Rainbow Series, Bon Voyage Series is inspirated by One Piece’s song. But this time, I’m not only use the title of the song as name of the brooch series, but also the colours that resembled each crew of Strawhat Pirate. I make 9 brooches for 9 crews. I know it is not perfect, but yeah, what can I say? I like it!

I make Bon Voyage Series to fulfill my ego. I really love One Piece by Oda-sensei and I got lot of inspirations from his work and those singers who sing for One Piece. Eventhough it available on my online shop, actually I don’t care if other people will like it or not. Because I make anything that I like.

By the way, this time, I like tassel. So I use tassel in Bon Voyage Series.

White Brooch for My Mom

Hello, good Sunday morning, everyone!!! ^o^

Today I just want to upload my simple white brooch that I make for my mom. I use all of white because that it is my mom’s favorite colour. Oh yaeh, this time I use snapeee. I think this app doesn’t suitable for me, I will uninstall it later, because I need to put this and that to make it pretty (in other words, I’m lazy to do it, hehehe).

Imero Hemo dan Watermark

Selamat siang!

Hari ini saya akan membahas tentang Imero Hemo dan watermark. Alasannya akan saya jelaskan nanti. Pertama, saya mau membahas foto-foto yang saya unggah atas nama Imero Hemo. Saya pernah membaca dari berbagai sumber, seperti blog perseorangan, marketplace, pinterest, maupun catatan seseorang atau grup mengenai watermark (tanda) pada sebuah foto (khususnya foto hasil karya). Semua menyebutkan bahwa watermark tersebut penting namun keberadaannya tidak boleh menghalangi produk (hasil karya) yang ingin ditunjukkan. Oleh karena itu, saya selalu meletakkan watermark pada bagian bawah hasil karya saya sehingga tidak mengganggu penampilan karya itu sendiri. Namun, risikonya adalah watermark tersebut dapat dihilangkan dengan cara memotong foto tersebut. Terkesan kejam, namun memang ada yang melakukannya.

Kebetulan pagi ini saya mendapat sebuah pesan dari seseorang yang menyatakan bahwa beliau pernah mengunggah foto Imero Hemo via BBM. Mungkin beliau menyukai salah satu karya IH kemudian mengunggah foto tersebut. Saya tidak tahu selebihnya bagaimana, karena saya tidak mempunyai akun BBM. Saya punya trauma dengan ponsel merk Blackberry sehingga saya tidak berniat mendownload aplikasi BBM walaupun sudah ada untuk versi androidnya. Bukan, ponsel Blackberry tidak pernah melakukan kesalahan apapun pada saya, hanya beberapa kejadian yang membuat saya tidak mau menyentuhnya. Okay, kembali ke foto IH dan BBM. Jadi, seandainya ada foto IH di BBM, ada 3 kemungkinan. Pertama, orang yang mengunggah foto tersebut hanya sekedar berbagi foto karena menyukainya. Kedua, orang tersebut menjual kembali produk IH via BBM . Ketiga, seandainya orang yang mengunggah foto IH di BBM menawarkan produk pada foto dengan sistem preorder, itu bukan Imero Hemo dan IH tidak bertanggungjawab untuk itu, karena IH hanya bertransaksi via Fanpage Facebook dan hanya transaksi via inbox yang dilayani. Seandainya pun ada yang memotong foto milik IH, mengakui sebagai hasil karya mereka, dan menawarkan produk tersebut, serta ketika pembeli protes karena hasilnya berbeda maka saya atas nama Imero Hemo tidak bertanggungjawab untuk hal tersebut.

Oh ya, satu hal lagi. Kemarin saya membaca sebuah manga. Di manga tersebut ada seorang tokoh pelukis yang setiap kali mempublikasikan karyanya, walaupun sengaja tanpa nama, orang-orang dari masa lalunya tetap mengenali dan mengetahui bahwa karya itu adalah milik si pelukis. Nah lho! Hebat sekali pelukis ini! Dia tidak perlu mempublikasikan namanya tapi orang-orang tahu bahwa karya itu adalah miliknya. Ini menjadi pelajaran bagi saya dan mendorong saya untuk memberikan ciri khas pada setiap karya saya. Yosh, semangat!!! ^o^

Gamble Behind A Picture

Yes, I'm gambling with this picture of mine. Gamble of many things actually. But don;t worry, all of it aren't big gamble, just gamble with myself. This Sunflower Brooch is my newest work. Oh yeah, the doodle behind was my work too.

Tutorial Bunga Kain Spiral

Hello, selamat Sabtu pagi!!! ^o^

Pagi ini saya mau mengupload tutorial cara membuat salah satu bunga kain kesukaan mama saya. Sebenarnya mama cuma suka melihat tapi tidak pernah memakainya, karena memang bunga kain ini tidak sesuai dengan gaya berpakaian beliau. Mungkin di luar sana sudah ada tutorial serupa, tapi saya tidak tahu kata kuncinya jadi tidak tahu apa sebutan orang lain untuk bunga kain ini, tapi saya sendiri menyebutnya “Spiral Flower”.

Yosh, silakan disimak!

1.      Siapkan bahan seperti kain yang sudah dipotong persegi, lem tembak, jarum, benang, kain felt yang telah digunting bulat, dan hiasan. Jika ingin menambahkan renda, rajutan, beads, atau yang lainnya sebagai hiasan tambahan, ya silakan ^o^

Kain yang saya gunakan di sini adalah kain kaos dan ukurannya adalah 3cm. Jika menggunakan 3 warna, maka masing-masing warna harus ada 12 potong kain. Sedangkan jika memakai 2 warna seperti yang saya contohkan ini, masing-masing harus ada 18 warna. Sedangkan untuk ukuran lingkaran felt saya lupa karena saya sudah punya cetakannya jadi saya hanya perlu menggunting. Tapi perkirakan saja sebesar apa Anda ingin membuatnya.

2.      Lipat kain menjadi segitiga.

My Handmade Brooches and The Stories Behind

Good Friday evening, everyone!!! ^o^

Sorry, I do not write over here more than 2 weeks. I was busy lately and because my laptop used by my little brother, so I can’t use it.

Lately, I just make brooches. Because my costumers asked for it. Oh yeah, I also make a brooches organizer for myself. I make it from ribbon, cardboard, and paper gift. I think some of my brooches were old, so I decide make some new ones. Maybe I will upload the brooches that I made for myself tomorrow. So be patient!

Cute Fabric Flower Brooch

Hello, good morning everyone!!!

This morning I will upload a photo of me and my new brooch. I bought a new clothes but i do not have cute brooch for my hijab when I wear that clothes. So, I decide to make one for myself. I like the colours of coral and deep orange.

A few days ago I went to Craft Shop and bought some fabrics. I just fallin in love with this yellow fabric and make it as clothes (inner clothes because I use cardigan over it). then I think why not I make a match brooch with it because I bought lots of this yellow fabric. So,this is it. I think I will make more like this so I can put it on Imero Hemo, but this one is mine! Hehehe

Ah, I just want to post this picture here. This is my newest Summer Candy Plum Blossom from Crazy Rainbow Series. I improve my skill to make this so it cuter than previous one. I make this because one of my costumer asked for it.

This is also a request from my other costumer. I make it from satin fabric. But I do not send it yet because I do not complete her request yet (she asked for 12 and I just finish 4 of it).

Yesterday, when I was home, after I went to craft shop to bought some craft stuff, my friend sent a LINE chat to me. She asked me to accompany her to craft shop to buy yarn. She want make something with Broomstick pattern. She very excited after I sent her some photos about how I learn to crochet, learn broomstick, a book of crochet, etc. Yeah, I bought a hakken or hakpen (crochet needle) some weeks ago without knowing how to crochet. That friend of mine, her name is Martha, is know how to do crochet. She interested with cotton yarn that I used. I use three colours cotton yarn. So she also wants buy same kind of yarn. So, we went to a craft shop at Banjarbaru. There are lots of cute colours of cotton yarn, like warm ivory and yellow, soft orange and orange, deep green and olive, baby pink and pink, white and brown. I like those colours combination, but Martha doesn’t want it. She looking for a three colours cotton yarn. Fortunately, she got one, the last one actually. It’s colours are very similar to mine (the yarn that I used when I learn how to do crochet). She also bought other yarn and a new needle. But, she didn’t satisfied. Then we went to another craft shop at Martapura. She bought felts, beads, pins, etc. The last destination was my home. She want to read my crochet book and make something (actually she also wants to make a necklace from beads and glass). After we’re in my home, she sent messages via BBM to my other friend who’re pregnant for 4 months, Erika, to invited her to join us doing craft.

I think Erika has baby boy because she doesn’t want to put make up on her face. Usually, she will not go out without manage her eyebrow (because she is already married). Unfortunately, Erika go home earlier because she was pick up by her husband.

But before that, I show them my needle book (I wrote about this weeks ago). They want it too. I said I will help them to make it, just choose which colours of felt that they want. Of course Martha choose yellow (her favorite colour), and olive (my suggestion). Erika choose red and dark green almost black felt. I help them to sew the needle book, Martha makes flowers and leaves, and Erika take a rest because of her pregnancy. Unfortunately, Erika’s husband came before we finish the needle book. So, Martha is the one who  bring it to her home last night, of course after we finished it.

It was so fun! Crafting with friends is really fun! ^o^
